Edible Wedding Favors To Please Everyone
Edible wedding favors are bound to please almost everyone at a wedding reception. Although it isn’t important if your wedding favors are savory, most people would probably prefer a sweet option. One of the most popular is a simple chocolate bar with a personalized wrapper. Chocolate candy bars come in so many varieties it can be difficult to choose something you can guarantee everyone one will appreciate. Many people may eat the chocolate at the wedding but will probably keep any packaging that it comes in, as a souvenir.

Many couples decide to personalize their favor even more by having a picture of them on the wrapper. When candy bars are not an option, why not have the edible wedding favor candy in a tin instead! These tins become mementos of the big day if the bride and groom have gone to the trouble of having the wedding details placed on every tin. It is doubtful that the candy will remain uneaten before the end of the day but the tins are always useful afterwards; they are useful for all sorts of storage from holding small items to storing fishing flies. Candy will probably remain a favorite edible wedding favor for some time because it is so popular.
By using a large glass bowl in the center of every table, the bride and groom can fill them with their own choices of candy for everyone to share. You can give each of your guests a small container which matches the theme of the wedding such as a sand pail for a beach themed wedding or anything else which is appropriate. This way each guest can put whatever candies they like in the container and take it home when they leave the reception. If you really don’t like the idea of candy as an edible wedding favor, why not consider using cookies instead. Using plain cookies keeps the cost down because they will look best in a presentation box possibly designed especially for the day.
Of course you could always go all the way and have your photos printed on the face of the cookie as well. Many modern bakeries are able to produce this sort of cookie relatively simply as all they need is your personal design or select one of theirs. Another category of edible wedding favors (although not strictly food) are beverages like tea, flavored coffees or cocoa for example. Tea, coffee and cocoa are very popular with many people and there a huge range to choose from these days so you would not have just stick with the most popular available. A picture and other wedding information can also be placed on the box or container because it adds that touch of individuality.
