Deep Dive
How can i do a perfect shallow dive?
Im doing my Bronze Star right now and i have a perfect deep dive but i just need some pointers to make my shallow dive a bit more shallow and how to perfect it.
First off, know your angles on a clock. Dont do a 7 o clock, do a 8:30. Even if you feel like you sort of belly-flopped, it’s ok, diving shallow areas generally feel a slap to the tummy. Reach with your fingers and stretch out your body to get as much distance as possible.
