Does Inca or Peruvian folklore include any evil or devil-like figures?

I’m trying to find out if the folklore/religion of ancient Inca or Peru ever mentions any evil figures, monsters, or spirits, and haven’t been able to find anything. Does anyone know if they had a devil figure, or any kind of evil entity at all?
I’m looking for a specific figure with a name, rather than just demons in general.
