Does the navy rotc marine corps option have a national guard simultaneous enlistment program like the army?
I am interested in either going AROTC or NROTC – Marine Corps Option. I know that the army allows you to enlist in the national guard while attending college as an AROTC cadet. Does the marine corps have a similar option?
No. A good friend of mine found out he got the scholarship during his last week of boot camp. He was going reservist anyway but you can’t do that they discharged him so he could do the scholarship. If you are a MIDN you are a MIDN. If you want to be a Marine while going to school to be an officer go MECEP.
