Prada PR 10FV Or The Prada VPR10F Review
There were two brothers from Milan named Mario and Martino Prada, who were in business together. In 1913, they started a small leather goods shop, importing ladies handbags and large trunks from England.
Mario believed the business world was only a place for men, so would not allow any female members of his family to work with him. However, almost ironically, after his death his son had no desire to work for the company so it was Mario’s daughter, Luisa, who became the head of the business. Eventually, the company was then handed down in turn to her daughter, Miuccia. In 1977 she met her future business partner, Patrizio Bertelli, who advised her on how to expand the company and set it apart as a luxury fashion house. Together, they set upon making the company a huge name in the fashion world. The first decision they made was to use only Italian goods, and to stop importing their products.
Although starting as the business mind behind Prada, Miuccia eventually took on a creative role within the company, designing the items that were noticed by the fashion world and made Prada the iconic brand it is today. Miu Miu was Miuccia’s offshoot label designed with affordability and playfulness in mind. One of the key aspects to Prada’s success, however, was that it became a mark of ‘anti-status’, whereby the quality of the product was far more important than showing off the label. That quality is still what makes Prada one of the world’s leading luxury brands.
The Prada PR 10FV or the Prada VPR10F are one of the biggest sellers in the Prada range of spectacles. These bold frames are available in a huge variety of colours, with the most popular being the black and pink. The thick arms of these frames proudly display the Prada name and are a very strong looking option.
The Prada PR 10FV or the Prada VPR10F can have most lenses fitted to them.Different lens thicknesses are available, from standard to three levels thinner. Thinner lenses are mostly recommended for rimless or semi rimless frames, as they are the most durable of the options, and are also strongly suggested for those with high prescriptions to stop any aesthetic bulkiness. Coatings can be placed onto any of the lenses, with scratch resistance and anti glare being advised for everyone, regardless of use. Water and dust proofing can be added, respectively, as can smudge resistance.
