What is going on with me?
I decided to test early as AF isn’t due until wednesday or thurday. I used a 2 pack target brand early test and I saw a very faint blue line in less than 10 minutes. Not feeling sure about this just took a clearblue easy digital and it said not pregnant. So now I’m confused was the first test faulty or does anyone know if the digital picks up hcg at a higher level?
I feel like AF is going to start anytime, crampy, achy and lower back is achy too.
I’d place money on you being pregnant.
Those digital tests aren’t what they’re cracked up to be. Sure they give you a clear “yes” or “no” but they need a higher concentration of HCG to get a positive. I had the same thing as you… tested 3 days before AF, light positive but I wasn’t sure if it was in the time limit. So I got a digital, it said not pregnant, but I still wasn’t convinced so went and got one of those early response tests and it was a clear positive. I am now 14 weeks.
I know that http://www.peeonastick.com/ gives info re: the HCG required for different tests. Not sure exactly which link to follow but you may find what you’re after there (that is where I discovered the the digitals need more… I just can’t remember exactly where I read it)
