Something i noticed as i got older, you too?
So i recently realized that as i became older i’v become alot more critical of movies, like yeah ik it’s a movie so anything is possible but like still, idk it still bugs me.
Like the other day i was watching the batman and Robin movie with Mr. Freeze and they were like fighting him in the beginnning and Mr. Freeze turned the ground into ice, and Batman and RObin just HAPPENED to have ice skates built into their shoes, it’s like wow how fortunate for you.
idk lol, but yeah i was wondering if anyone else is like this where they become critical of things that are happening in movies.
Yes. As you get older you get more experience in life, etc. So, your ability to ‘suspend your disbelief’ becomes harder. Also, with the increases in computer technology, some of the older movies will look worse compared to some of the newer ones.
However, a good plot, good acting, etc. will never go out of style. Most summer action movies are short of both – they’re just ‘popcorn’ movies. Rent a good movie like Princess Bride and enjoy!
