whats a “pid” relating to sand viper snakes in kuwait?
i was told that a sand viper could be between the lengths of 1 pid to 4 pids…whats a pid?
Are you sure it was ‘pid’? The French term for foot is ‘pied’, and the French measurement for the foot was 12.789 inches, or 32.484 centimeters (so it was pretty close to the same as the English foot).
However, the sand viper (Cerastes vipera) has an average length of about 45 cm, and a maximum length of 60 cm, so it would only be 1.5 to 2 feet long. So perhaps ‘pid’ is something else entirely.
